We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, as well as Saturday mornings. Appointment availability varies on day and time depending on our providers.

Every patient and every case is different. When you meet with your physical therapist for your initial consultation, she will evaluate your individual case and make a recommendation based on her findings.

Catalyst Physical Therapy is a fee for service provider. This means that you are required to pay in full at each visit.  We will provide you with a receipt to file with your insurance company as an out of network provider. Each plan is different and we are not able to estimate coverage or benefits.

We are a non-participating provider with Medicare. We are unable to accept Medicare Advantage / Replacement plans.

We accept cash, check, credit cards and FSA/HSA.

NO! Georgia is a direct access state. You are able to be treated by a physical therapist for 8 visits or 21 days without a signed referral. Some services, such as dry needling, may require additional approval by your physician.

By law, Medicare patients must have a PT prescription before their first appointment.

Your first visit at Catalyst Physical Therapy is an assessment. We will review your medical history, discuss your current pain or problem and go through a full evaluation of how you move. Additional hands-on evaluation techniques also add information to help us find the root cause of your problem. 

In some situations, an internal examination may be recommended. This exam provides more information but is not required. We will work together to put together the best plan of care for you, based on your goals, your personal situation and what we find on your examination..
