Dr. Blair Green PT, DPT, OCS, PHC
Dedicated. Committed. These are 2 words that come to mind when people think of Dr. Blair Green. She is fully engaged in her work, and in all of the things she takes on in her life.
Always striving for excellence, Blair graduated from Duke University and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University. She moved to Atlanta upon graduation, and began her career as a Physical Therapist. She spent the first 4 years of her career in an orthopedic setting, where she found a special interest in the care of pre-natal and post-partum women. She also immersed herself in continuing education, developing her clinical skills, and started teaching and practicing Pilates.
In 2005, Blair joined One on One Physical Therapy, embracing the opportunity to grow her niche practice in pelvic health, and become a business owner. Practicing alongside other passionate and clinicians, she supported the professional development of her colleagues while remaining committed to her own growth as a Physical Therapist as well as a person. She also began teaching, and continues to lecture regularly to both entry-level physical therapy students and practicing clinicians continuing their professional education.
Blair continued to show her dedication to her profession by earning a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016.
2017 brought more change and a re-dedication to core values, including Integrity and Authenticity. Now a leader in the field of pelvic health, Blair founded Catalyst Physical Therapy, a concierge practice with a focus on prenatal, post-partum and pelvic health. The intimate environment at Catalyst has helped her focus on the things that matter most: commitment to her patients and attention to detail. Blair uses her experience and intuition to address simple as well as complex problems.
In addition to working with patients, Blair continues her teaching and mentoring efforts. She enjoys giving back to her profession and is generous in sharing her time and knowledge with students in such a way that inspires growth and passion.
Blair approaches each day as a new adventure. She has a commitment to excellence both in and out of the clinic. While working with patients she demonstrates compassion and empathy, and makes people feel at ease even when they are dealing with uncomfortable physical issues.
She embodies the “work hard, play hard” attitude and enjoys running, Pilates, OrangeTheory Fitness and playing sports with her children to stay in shape. She shows the same dedication to her family as she does to her patients. You will find her watching her daughter at all-star cheer and softball or with her son at basketball or drama. She has embraced her Georgia residence and cheers on the Bulldogs while remaining loyal to her Duke Blue Devils and Philadelphia Eagles. She is grateful for her husband, Greg, who supports all of her business endeavors and is her biggest cheerleader.
